In the 2023 election, we need to protect and expand the pro-housing majority by electing a Council that will keep fighting for the values of housing abundance, housing affordability, housing stability, and environmental sustainability.

There is a lot at stake in this election! The pro-housing Council members have been successful in making real change during this term (just two examples: eliminating parking minimums for new housing and introducing amendments to expand the 100% Affordable Housing Overlay that a majority of councilors supported). However, opponents of these and other common-sense housing policies are mobilizing to oust the Council’s pro-housing majority and elect those who will seek to stop or slow down innovative strategies to confront our housing crisis. We need to elect Councilors who will make next term the one where we end exclusionary zoning to allow for desperately needed multi-family housing across Cambridge!
